The challenge

Restore reliability before refining the experience.

Brawley Animal Hospital came to SS Design Media with broken site elements, non-functioning contact paths and an outdated user experience that created friction for pet owners.

The strategy

Reliability first, then a calmer patient-owner experience.

The redesign focused first on reliability: working navigation, working forms, responsive layouts and clearer service information. Visual improvements were then built around a calmer, more approachable patient-owner experience. Local search structure was improved around veterinary services in Mooresville, and the site became an ongoing managed platform rather than a one-time redesign.

Design direction / design decisions

The details carry the decision.
